To start a project we use the django-admin:
~/my-django-project $ django-admin startproject mywebsite
~/my-django-project $ ls
mywebsite
~/my-django-project $ cd mywebsite/
~/my-django-project/mywebsite $ tree

To start create a app in django we use the startapp command:
